Hey there, could you go to Settings, Account Linking, and make sure 'display on public profile' is ticked for your active account?
If I look at your profile, it is blank, no visible game accounts. Having things hidden like this can break certain site and game functionality, like the 'Season Pass Profile' page, and /join.

I had no idea that was a functionality based toggle, I thought it was just for social networking, something like a discord "show on my profile". If this ends up working, I will both be overjoyed that it finally works and frustrated as that information is not documented anywhere. There are so many places to configure social preferences for the game it could really use a dedicated help page to document all of them and list common causes and issues.

Unfortunately for a lot of stuff, it is something you just have to know (or hope someone else does!), it isn't actually written anywhere. Your profile looks good on my side though, yes please let me know if it works for you.
