There are 7 oracles, the ones you've destroyed are still 'there' but hidden/not active for you; so the indicator/aa stuff is still active for them on your side

if you've obtained the other 6, then that's a bug Bungie are aware of but no timeline for a fix has been given unfortunately. As far as I'm aware there aren't any workarounds for it
