Using Wicked Implement as an unstoppable doesn't work
It's not procing AFAIK when I used it on a Nightfall but I haven't tried other scout rifles to test but I'll update again as soon as I log in to retry Wicked
EDIT: tested out legendary ones like Night Watch, Glissando, Perses-D on the kinetic side and Tarnish Mettle and Doom of Chelchis on the energy side and all of them works and still Wicked won't proc unstop sound and symbol. Haven't tested out other exotics yet. Will update later
