Transmigration Quest (First Quest of Final Shape) - Unable to Unlock Prismatic [Platform - PC]
Prior to picking up final shape, I jumped in on my old titan and was dropped into the Transmigration Quest. I went through and completed the quest no issues, but since I was returning to the game after a long absence I wanted to see the new light stuff, so I deleted and re-created my titan.
Now that I purchased final shape, I'm attempted to complete the quest on my new titan only to find that I cannot unlock the class after completing the two shard section on the old tower platform. I have the quest marker to go to the glowing bit, but I can't use it. I restarted the quest solo twice, once on normal and once on hard with no success.
My hunter and Warlock were able to complete the quest with no issues, is my titan just semi-bricked?
tl;dr
1. Complete the Transmigration Quest
2. Delete and remake character of the same class
3. Redo Quest
4. Quest soft-locks at the unlock portion.

Same here. I ran my Hunter past this well OK, but later decided to delete the character and start over. Got to the Prismatic well, got the prompt to investigate, but got in and nothing! I also ran my Titan thru this OK and have created a second Titan and will try to progress with it, but I think I will get the same non-response. I think the bug is that you can only progress with a character once. Delete and create and the "switch" is not turned off allowing the new character to progress thru this. Definitely a bug in the campaign and the first time I can recall in all the years of Destiny something like this happening. I posted about it last Saturday and reposted yesterday and of course, no response.

I've been unable to to unlock Prismatic at the end of transmigration as well. I follow the symbol and stand in the pool of light, but no interact prompt appears. I've replayed from checkpoint several times, and replayed the mission on legendary, and get stuck at the same spot. My other two characters worked just fine, but this character...bugged everytime.
