Acquiring Khovostov still not fixed with new update
Why in the world was this not fixed with the new update? It’s one of the featured guns in the expansion and a large portion of the player base just can’t get it now. All were are told is it’ll be fixed at some point in the future, why was this not a priority fix.
I understand the need to fix the quest for sometime in the future but is there really no work around for the time being that can be implemented for the people who put in the time and effort to get all the notes and who are soft locked?
EDIT: this issue has now been fixed.

June 15th maybe a different bug but stuck at 16/17 motes right now (yes the meatball dropped a mote) but still somehow don’t have all of them despite me going back and killing all three overthrow bosses in each zone three times over solo. Still nothing.

Like at this point everyone who has collected the travellers and completed all the bosses in overthrow should have the gun. Easy fix

Same boat here, had 16 motes before update. All triumphs are complete. Still no 17th emote. I have ran an overthrow in each area (for the Dual Destiny) since the update and no additional drops. Please give us a way to see which mote we have collected from which source... at least.

Just did 3 blooming overthrow meatball boss right now (1 matched 2 solo) and still not getting the last mote of light to drop. I already wasted 10+ hours testing all 3 overthrow with 9 bosses multiple times (not even counting the time where I got a connection error and got thrown back to the orbit). I really want to be done.

You may have to do this a bunch to get it to proc but after 4-5 times it did work for me, that doesnt mean it per se will for you that easily.

Awaiting for it to be acknowledged that this quest is STILL bugged. Loads of us in the 16/17 club.

I'm having a different problem, I ran the servitor boss and wasn't getting the 17th mote, then next run I got an exotic mote, but still had 16/17 motes. I was unable to open the chest at the lost city, and while I was looking into it, I received a SECOND exotic mote and my legendary motes disappeared. Still cannot open the chest. Make this make sense?

1 Replyiam not sure if anyone has already written it... to get the exotic mote... you have to carry the Khovostov with you... at best use it for the last bossfight.

My son is stuck at 15 of 17 and no more motes will drop. Bungie please fix this. The kid worked hard on getting this gun and you guys still haven't solved this issue.

Same here. Stuck at 16/17. I got the Achievement, did the Servitor multiple times, did the other Bosses as well just to be sure I wasn't stuck on another Boss, but nothing drops at all. At this point, just make it a redeemable Achievement-Unlock or something like this. This is just stalling Players from playing with a beloved Memory.

It’s not fixed. Now I’m added to the 16/17 club, and I’m getting tired of running these stupid things at this point. I literally have all the triumphs and stuff associated with this thing done.

The edit is incorrect, this is not fixed I am still stuck with 16 of 17 motes; having completed all the bosses and repeat kills to try and get the extra mote.. Please fix this

Same issue. Stuck on 16/17. Have killed every overthrow boss and have been farming for hours, but no luck. I am just waiting for a fix at this point

Still not fixed for me either. Went into Blooming and thought I was very lucky to have the Servitor on the first visit. No 17th Mote. Grinded for the next four hours to do the other eight bosses thinking it mustn't have been the Servitor I needed... Still nothing. Frustrating to say the least.
