Pathfinder is not a replacement for bounties.
Please bring back bounties. That was one of the only fun things left in the game.

Bounties were not fun lmao. They were incredibly tedious and boring. The only problem with Pathfinder is that it sometimes forces you to play an activity you might not want to.

1 ReplyIf the path was separate for each core playlist, this would be absolutely fine. but, to have it smashed all together forcing a player to engage in two activities to complete a path to the end? Just feels manipulative. If me and my buddies want to session pvp, why can we not just play, and earn rewards with the QoL being no more bounties as its automatically done thorugh the path finder, without having to change playlists. That is what would make this better. Forcing players into bad playlists they don't want to play doesn't engage the community, it pisses them off and they stop playing. Seems extra time did wonders for most of the game but, little for those in charge to understand the players and how they play and what they actually want.

the shear amount of statistical XP and bright dust loss is ASTRONOMICAL. they 100% did not do this FOR players.

I really don’t like it for ritual activities because players can’t ride their activity of choice from beginning to end every time. If we can’t do that, it’s a bad system that doesn’t allow us to “play our way” as was implied. This is likely an attempt to push people into activities they don’t normally play but this isn’t how you address that issue. The issue is not in the players, it’s in the activities. If an activity is played a lot less than another, improve the activity. Don’t hold the players accountable for that.

1 ReplyPathfinder is okay but the UI is awful, I hate having to jump through screens to pop a challenge. Also it's dumb you have to pay glimmer to reset it.
