Why does a weapons heal factor have a greater advantage then a healing grenade for hunters?

The instant health is nice but I think the bigger thing is restoration

Heal clip requires a kill to proc double cure. Healing nade procs cure on hit and restoration times one on Hunter. No kill necessary, just a short timer. They’re pretty much the same.

Probably because hunters shouldn't really need that. Especially on these new maps where you can really play like a hunter.
