I have an Edge Transit with Cascade Point and Explosive Light. The Cascade Point perk will not proc with any weapon. I have not tried a version of the weapon with this perk and not with Explosive Light (in case the combo is the cause). This could be a problem with the perk entirely as I have another weapon, Until Its Return, and I am, honestly, not sure I have seen it proc on that either. Please test when able.
