On PS5, just finished a Warlords Ruin run start to finish without dying, triumph is not unlocked in-game. Attached is screenshot from Destiny Companion app showing run with 0 deaths. Still trying weekly for Buried Bloodline so would very much appreciate the boost this Triumph provides for Exotic drop rate, thank you!
