Want to preview this momento on weapons but not in inventory. 15 min of looking, too. Bug?

Are you looking on a crafted weapon? I checked last night for the shader on my crafted Ikelos Sniper and was able to find it with the other Mementos. It won't show up on a non-crafted weapon, since it can't be applied.
