Tectonic harvest gives almost no melee energy back
I have used stasis titan this season with the whisper of hunger fragment, and I have noticed the melee regeneration with and without the fragment are significantly reducer. Is this intentional?

5 RepliesIf I remember correctly the ability regain from perks is now tied to your stat. So you need a higher strength stat.
