Assassin's Cowl heals and turns you invisible at the same time.

That is not the solar verb "restoration." Also, Assassin's Cowl is really only viable in the endgame on an arc Hunter. So, while I appreciate the mention, Assassin's Cowl is not really relevant to my post.
