The stasis fragment Whisper of Durance is currently bugged/broken. Its suppose to increase the duration of slow & other abilitys that linger. Before season 22 it applied a 3.5second slow to stasis abilitys. Currently it provides no bonus slow effect to Withering Blade(shuriken), Duskfield Grenade, Winters Shroud dodge slow, the Silence & Squall super. Additionally Duskfield can benefit from improved duration [b][i]ONLY IF[/i][/b] you directly hit the target & even then if the target remains with in the Duskfield becoming frozen the slow duration is reset to 1 second. Lastly, Whisper of Durance is no longer increasing the duration of the Silence & Squall super.
