The other half is not a gaurenteed drop at all, you can still get the other DoE weapons while trying to farm for an Other Half even if you have them all crafted/craftable. The drop chance of a red boarder Other Half is 50% so save a Harmonizer just in case because theres a 50% chance it isnt deepsight (thats 50% of the time you get an Other Half to drop whoch has really low drop rates. About a 0.5% chance to drop)

I sent there a garranted red border form DOE each reset, at the 250 k reward. So if I have alle weapons except TOH graftebel. Am I not guaranteed a TOH ?

I do not believe so, i dont even think its gaurenteed deepsight because my GF does that weekly on all her characters and is still missing some patterns but doesnt get deepsight every time. Honestly the best thing to do is save those keys and rank up rewards, if you do like 25 runs and do bounties you should get the other half (not that its an improvement on the half truths or anything though its just a different colour) Id say dont focus on getting it just play dares here and there and youll get it eventually (its essentially a raid exotic given its drop rate)

Im pretty sure it works different for Other half. When i was grinding for mine i didnt get it from the 250k even after i had everything craftable
