When you pull an engram from the lectern of divination from a minor arcana, it just disappears. You don't receive the engram or piece of gear from the engram. This has happened to me three times now so it is definitely not a one-off thing. Don't know if I'm the only one having this problem, but I would like to actually get my rewards when I earn them and not have them vanish into thin air like my hopes for this game.
