Instead of running the full dungeon every time, you can just save the final boss checkpoint and farm it. With a fireteam, it's a fairly quick encounter.

Yesterday it was the first I played with a fireteam and it was amazingly fast even from the start I have no problem but how can you save it at the final boss if I beat it?

When you get to last encounter, change character, rejoin fireteam, start encounter and wipe. Wait until you respawn and you now have checkpoint on 2nd character. Change back to 1st character and complete encounter. You can then repeat loading in on 2nd character and switching to 1st character to complete encounter. You need at least 1 friend on the fireteam to hold the session active while switching characters.
