Maybe stop purposely creating all the good looking sets for eververse, and giving us -blam!- ugly armor as the only sets you can earn. Then, MAYBE people will wear your armor. Armor should be a flex to wear, like conquering Wrath of the Machine Challenges to get those beautiful ornaments back in D1. That will never happen though, because Bungie does not care about their game. Period.
I’ll tell you the state of the game: -blam!-
I’ll tell you what Bungie is doing to fix Destiny 2: sending all of our money to marathon

This POS's that work at Bungie will never mention Eververse as the reason no one is using their in game armor sets. They are such a bad company that I can't believe anyone can feel good working for this corporation. It's so unfortunate that their isn't a comparible game to play. This company is making money hand over fist from whales in Eververse. They WON'T EVER CHANGE this in Destiny.
-
Adding 1 set a year it was too over delivering. Bungie is just full of themselves. It will end up running players off and the company will blame Sony so they can go solo again.

5 RepliesOF COURSE I’M NOT GONNA WEAR IT. CINDER PINION TITAN SET MAKES ME LOOK LIKE I’M WEARING DOWNS SYNDROME HEADGEAR . THE ENTIRE DESIGN PHILOSOPHY IS UGLYASS ARMOR: YOU CAN GET IT IN “EAGLE”, “SNAKE”, OR “BIG V”

4 RepliesLet’s be honest. Armor is destiny 1 was way better than it is now
-
Year 1 of D2 had good armor ordements as well, like Prestige Leviathan and Trials of the Nine, both of which I still use. Shows they were capable of making good armor that was also challenging to get, but gave up on that real quick when eververse took off.

3 RepliesEdited by BulbaSmasher: 8/5/2023 4:47:41 AMIt's been 7 years since we had good ritual armors lol stop following trends. Raif and dungeon armors will always be and feel better
-
all the armour is ugly, all of them are beat up like they have been sitting outside for decades instead of being part of a city and a military that has been working for centuries, the stats are always in the 40s, they never match up with shaders. there are games out there with thousands of things you can use for cosmetics in armour. and bungie is like heres some crap armour it took someone 2 hrs to make...oh you dont like it well its hard to do. they say too hard when i bet you the bungie devs work less hrs than 99% of the people who play and they make more than 99% of the people who play, heck they dont work weekends, bet ya many players are working 60 hrs+ all yr, working their buts off, But a cosmetic and a map a yr is too hard when the company is worth billions

Edited by TheShadow: 8/4/2023 11:57:03 PM
Maybe stop purposely creating all the good looking sets for eververse, and giving us -blam!- ugly armor as the only sets you can earn.
Maybe all the people that buy from the shop should stop buying the garbage from the shop, and that might push this lazy business to put some actual effort into their game, but knowing there are way too many people in gaming these days that don't care, this is what this business is all about and it's not going away. Shops have ruined gaming when it comes to a business putting effort into a game's loot system. The more these people buy from a shop, the less effort will be put into a game as many can see how bad D2 actually is since Activision dropped them. Case and point... The original Bungie that kind of cared about designing a game, (designed the loot to be acquired through the game's activities In D1,) not the shop. This business is nothing like the original Bunge and people would have to be literally blind to not see that. They designed D2 base game around the shop and it's been going full steam ahead since the day D2 launched. The lying didn't even take long to start, with the first Dawning in D2 pulling their cheap tactics as they have through the years to make that extra buck off the shop, but barely offering anything in return. Yet, they had the nerve to lie to everyone's face saying "We didn't mean to use the shop as end-game content while the end-game content was just recycled BS from the raid when the prestige mode dropped. One of the things I can't stand in life is fake people that constantly lie to try to cover their...

🤣🤣🤣 First I have to acknowledge the hilarious name, its perfect, but yeah they can continuously create just fine for Eververse, so I'm convinced its just a bunch of bullsh*t. Besides, they literally said "quantity over quality" but players are getting neither quantity nor quality, so where does this leave us Bungie? What are we supposed to think here?
-
4 RepliesThey literally complained being like “no one is wearing our armor wahh wahh!” And are also like: “buy this super cool armor based off god of war and ghosts of Tsushima and -blam!- but it’ll only cost you another game :>”
-
So much of the SOTG was “we tried low effort, but that hasn’t worked, so the only option we can see is no effort.” lol
-
Lazy... Greedy... Bungie!
-
1 ReplyWe got ritual armor every update in D1, do you know why ?, you had to pay $60 to access the content Free To Play is just one giant excuse to cut corners and monetize
-
1 ReplyCrotas End Sets were much better , there is no comparison But other than that your right
-
3 RepliesThe simple solution would be to just add armor sets we had in D1 and make those be ritual gear.
-
12 RepliesWill be interesting to see how the Bungie Defence Force try to spin this. Bungie are completely out of touch.
-
I cannot believe the multitude of pathetic excuses they used in that "state of the game". According to that miserable article, the future of this game is looking downright grim.
-
2 RepliesYeah, it's really disappointing reading that SOTG, I really wanted Destiny to be better. But unfortunately it seems like Activision was the good guys here, actually made them work, ( work more ). I'll play final shape, but after that, I just don't know.
-
Edited by Kiyomi: 8/4/2023 8:01:38 AMD1 might be kinda good but -blam!- compared to D2 but I honestly think they did better with the armor in D1 but that's just my imo
-
2 RepliesI was worried about that braindead article because bungie forgot to put up the FBI warning, imagine if some weak minded see it, the sheer stupidity would legit cause brain damage, it was bad enough for me and I only listened to Aztec's paraphrase version, I can only imagine the horror actually reading that article through

I'm glad someone has finally said something about it! Activistion didnt even make them be this almost completely lock everything behind silver! And back then we could actually get the ingame currency to get what we wanted.
-
Edited by BOSSNONO254: 8/4/2023 11:52:00 AMBungie made some good points with their recent state of the game announcement. But that “challenging” part for gear sounded like a bunch of $h1t excuses to me. Not to mention the PvP part where they said “new” game modes from the last few seasons which aren’t new at all.
-
No logic in their statement.
-
They have -blam!-% increase in employees over two years. And not time to be put in destiny unless is ever verse

Collect armour, collect ash, collect silver, collect, collect, collect.. Realised after 1 afternoon of playing I couldn’t be bothered and deleted it all. The end
