Strand Artifact mods "do not meet requirements" and are not active after unlocking!
I'm on PC, noticed on my titan that my artifact effects for strand didn't seem to be working, upon inspecting the artifact, I saw the red bar stating artifact mods do not meet requirements, this happens repeatedly even when I reset individual perks or the whole artifact. Thought you guys could use the heads up something aint right after the patch.

7 RepliesYou are misunderstand what that banner is telling you. It is saying you can’t deactivate that artifact mod without first deactivating one from the right most column. If you think the mods are not activating properly, please post a video of you trying to use them, making sure to show that they are turned on when the recording is taking place.
