The past few weeks I've noticed an issue (at least I'm hoping it is) with Commendations. When you are in a Clan, you can obviously receive rewards from Crucible, Gambit, Strikes and Raids for completing activities with clanmates. However, if you complete Commendations with any public players, these are also stuck behind the requirement of being in a clan. I know finding a Clan is easy, but usually one likes to find people they are actually going to play with. Commendation Rewards should not require you to be in a clan to redeem them.
