I'm going to have to agree because Commendations stops players from receiving Commendation-based weekly rewards if they can't give out Commendations and makes it very difficult to get past certain ranks as you can only receive Commendations, if your accounts broke. And the kicker? It's server side and likely database-based bug as i've uninstalled and reinstalled Destiny. Issue continues.
