Missing Content

I preordered the Lightfall Deluxe Edition and own the annual pass from it and haven’t had issue until this season (Season of the Deep). This season has been locked for me all the way except for my ghost shell which shows the game knows I have the pass. I can show images, it’s just that the phone app where I am reporting this will not allow me to do so. All content has been uninstalled and redownloaded to make sure it wasn’t an error on my end. I do game share with my roommate but it was purchased on my account which should not cause an error and hasn’t at all. We both have purchased Destiny Lightfall on both our accounts.
