No Backup Plans not working in PvP?
Was this intentional or am I missing something? I just got out of a game with them and felt like they did nothing. Further testing in a Private showed the exotic was literally not functioning at all in PvP. No overshield or regen, no bonus damage, no increase to AE. Was the intentional or is it bugged?
