I've run through a few Deep Dive activities, but my weekly challenge is stuck on 2/3 for "Reward tier increased." It still says "Powerful Gear (Tier 3)" as the reward, but completing a Deep Dive did not progress the challenge. I have done three different Deep Dives with three separate encounters. I'm unsure how I got to 2/3, but it has not progressed past that.
