Hi Everyone - Can anyone help? I have been playing Lightfall via my Steam account on PC without issue until about a week ago when suddenly the game refused to launch after the initial BattlEye screen appears. As suggested by Bungie, I have now tried 4 time and many hours uninsatallling and reinstalling Destiny 2 without any success in solving this issue and looking at others with similar issues on line I noted one person gave up with suggestions from Bungie, as none of them worked, and loaded the game via Epic Games instead and D2 loaded up for him fine. I then tried this myself and 100% success BUT I can only get the base free to play D2 game without the Season/Expansion updates through to Liightfall without paying up another £70 + for all the upgrade expansions to the campaigns which I have already paid out to Steam. Consequently I am NOT in favour of paying up again to Epic Game for the same expansions, just to get back to where I was in Lightfall on Steam? To me at least there clearly seems to be an isue with Steam loading BattleEye pre-game as it loads fine on Epic and straight in to the free to play base game of D2. Anyone out there had this issue or know a fix that does not cost a fortune?
