No, because no-coms raids are stupid to attempt with a bunch of randoms unless the LFG is for experiences players only who know it inside and out and don't need to talk to complete it. However, with the timing and mechanics I'd imagine it's pretty difficult to do a raid, with random people of varying experience, who also aren't talking.

I dont understand why you would not want a simple indicator. Even in normal raids or day 1 raids where rez tokens can be super valuable, being able to know at a glance who has one would just be nice. But I guess I am in the wrong for wanting the game to have QoL changes.
