Like the title says, Verity's Brow is currently not working properly in Crucible. Upon getting a kill with an energy weapon that matches your subclass, you will not be granted any stacks of Death Throes. This seems to be the case for every energy type and subclass from what I have tested. It should be noted that the exotic still seems to be functioning properly in PvE however. Any attention to this issue is greatly appreciated!
