How are enemies in patrol harder than enemies in a raid???

It just makes no sense, ones a casual activity and another is an endgame activity lmao

  • Because as usual, Bungie swung too hard. I absolutely get wanting more players to raid, they're fantastic. But now getting raid ready feels like more of a chore than fun.

  • I am just as confused at this. Was running around Neomuna and it was “hard”. By which I mean I just had to reload after every kill. Load up into a raid or any old dungeon and it’s literal steamrolling. I do not understand the balancing here. How is Neomuna patrol more endgame than vault of -blam!- glass?

  • It's obvious because the raid is more balanced Bungie took more time to balance the raid and less time to balance the new changes in terms of the new difficulty...

  • After fighting neomuna red bars I was shocked at how a yellow bar colossus in the raid just kind of folded.

    • Also when you look on the raid even for contest mode there was no heavy duty modifiers. Most of the activities with the new changes that include Avon legendary the modifiers benefit the enemy's health defense and attack there's nothing modifiers wise that helps the players to feel powerful or to have an equal foot in against the AI enemies... If you look at the people who disagree with all the difficulty changes they all talk about content where enemies have all the best modifiers and players don't have any equal footing. The patrol on Neptune is not that bad as long as you have a strong build and you're constantly getting your abilities there's not an issue however there is an issue if it's taken almost three magazines of bullets just to kill one enemy in a mission where every modifier benefits the player when we have stuff active like iron galvanized multiplicity all combined at one time that's just a recipe for disaster

      • Here is a tip… run double special weapon and a machinegun. You will get ungodly heavy drops for ammo and it would allow you to MG everyone like you are Rambo and not worry about ammo. And when your low…. Boom special weapon time. Work best if your special and heavy are void due to the artifact mod that gives you free heavy drops on void kills
