I can ask each and every person in this place and they will state that they did not touch my computer. I do not have children, I live in a dorm alone with locked doors. At this point you could accuse someone of breaking in within the time I was eating dinner but I really think they would take my things over deleting a single destiny 2 characters from my account while the others are left intact. That response is honestly just illogical under my circumstance but your level of support shows me how willing you are to hear out this actual problem I have. This was not at the hands of any person if it were I do believe it would be something I would be aware of. I truly believe this was a bug but the no-return policy has ruined destiny 2 for me. Probably done for a good while if not just for good now, so thanks for that Bungie lol. Nonetheless thanks for your time

I am sorry to tell you that the only person who could have access to my computer is my girlfriend and I trust her more than I trust your word in this instance. My computer is completely virus clean, I am an IT major and keep my devices secure. I am telling you that this is simply a bug, and you are steering clear of that because it is an issue that seems to be avoided as many have lied about this. I am not a moron and do not believe everyone but you are simply wrong in this situation, there must be some other issue as this just does not make sense.

I very much appreciate this absolutely fake response. I am not sure why you believe accusing my loved ones of what is likely a technical issue is the best route. I do believe you are just avoiding the real issue and that is that. I am not the only person who has experienced a glitch like this for sure. I am sure just trying to appeal to something is likely an error. It is possible something incorrect happened on the other end and you simply do not want to investigate that. I am dealing with a serious problem of my earned money being wasted and the best you can tell me is that my adult girlfriend is the one tampering with my enjoyment. I believe I would like to speak to someone who is actually willing to hear me out over saying such illogical things. This is a very unfortunate experience with someone who states they can help me. I am not making this post for attention, I simply just want to enjoy my time playing games, not being led on with such pointless claims. I am sorry to be rude but I am very frustrated by this experience and thought some actual clarity would be given to me.

1. You have been provided the facts and links to Bungie's official responses in these situations. 2. Sorry but people lie on these forums all the time so no matter the excuses Bungie has a zero tolerance policy. 3. There is no glitch. The so called reported glitch was investigated and in all so called cases it was a manual deletion from that account.

Why should I repeat what I have already said and a mentor provided all the relevant information. Ps. You said Steam does not allow multiple people onto a account and that stands true with Bungie as well. You are issued a "weasel" error code in these situations.. this includes cross save if someone tries to access your account form a different platform.
