Hey there. You earn the 'Immovable Refit' catalyst from beating the mission final boss on Legend. Did you do this? Your Legend runs only have 1 or 2 kills making me think you're reaching the data chest for the intrinsic, and ending the run.
M1R Distribution Matrix II is the second level of the Intrinsic Perk. Are you not able to reshape it with the second version?

Just reshaped it on my Warlock and the Matrix II was applicable.

Good. That's what you got from the chest, the 'Immovable Refit' catalyst requires a Legendary final boss completion.

And no I can't reshape it with the perk.

Don't know why my legend completion runs aren't showing, but even during that first run on Legend with 2 others I never received the message the others got of the Matrix II. Will try another run to be sure, but not having my hopes up.
