Touch of Malice not getting unstoppable shot from artifact without equiping another scout rifle
With the scout-unstoppable artifact on, Touch of malice does not get the unstoppable shot unless you have another scout rifle equipped. Other notable exotic scout rifles as Jade rabbit, Dead Man's Tale & MIDA multi tool gets the buff however. Specifically only Touch of Malice has this issue.
When using another legendary scout in the energy slot, it works as intended.
Found this Issue on PC and no clue if there is a similar issue on consoles.
