Been having this issue since before Lightfall released, apparently it has been ongoing without word from Bungie since at least 2021. It's getting in the way of me completing the campaign and I hope they address it soon...

I resolved the issues the day of Lightfall with a new Windows update and it's been fine ever since, but just today I started happening again, I haven't a clue of why it's back it's so frustrating.
