Why did I have to go through a whole process of "pre-loading" a game when you have an additional 77gb to download. What makes this worse is you only get to see this when you get past the abhorrent waiting time to login. If I could have done all of this before the launch, that would be fine. But to only provide communication after the fact is just, atrocious. That model of "velocity over quality" is clearly showing.
