Lightfall not owned

Months ago, i got the lightfall anual pass, however the game says i have neither lightfall or the pass, i tried uninstalling and reinstall both but now they disappeared and i cant reinstall them, i even have the lightfall pre order exotic and some anual pass extras as proof, i do not want to buy it again for 100$ when i already had it (im on xbox btw)

    • I paid the 100 bucks like 5 days ago on my pc. Got the pre-order stuff. Got the order number and date of purchase. For some reason it's not showing I purchased it already- no way am I gonna spent another 100bucks.

      • I have this same issue. My season pass and lightfall are gone. Still have the preorder goodies in inventory but I'm asked to pay another $100 to play? This is ridiculous!
