Don't quit, it will basically add on timer build up.
Best way carry on throughtout.
If you getting pinnacle, win or loss you still get your pinnacle level up.
What I do only go in for pinnacle.

I appreciate the helpful advice man. I'm also quitting to add to the statistics whenever my teammate leaves so Bungie sees it and maybe decides to do something about it. I'm honestly not wasting my time if it's Rift because a 2v3 is a guaranteed loss in that trash mode, but Survival and Showdown are winnable if you have a decent teammate.
