Remove comp suspension if your team leaves
Shouldn’t happen if you leave a 3v1 game. Just shouldn’t

I just don't know what to say when something like the comp match that I just played is probably considered a good thing. Movement just craps out at the most inopportune of times. Why is it so hard for some people to understand that there's some people that don't want to have to always play PvP with the game doing certain things? Then I'm supposed to pretend like that was just the peoples' "skill level differences?" Welcome to Bookburnington.

1 ReplySuspensions should be removed from the game. I get into PvP or Gambit matches. Not my fault that teammates don't know how to play the mode. Example, Iron Banner Fortress, teammates just sit there not doing the objective but sit back enjoying the view. The other team captures zones, defeats the weak turrets, and captures central point then wins. Solution is to leave matches because the match making isn't really that great.

2 RepliesIt's easy to not play PVP.. especially comp it is a pile of total laggy trash. Just played match yet another miss match team.. I've gone from enjoying PvP to absolutely nothing. None stop laggy players, ability spam weird tic rates ...now you're forced to complete matches otherwise it's a punishment for what exactly having to try to carry or play a match where opposite team fire nukes and you fire rubber bands lol.. radar is all but useless players right next to you get no ping Until Thier almost inside you.. Take it Bungie and shove it where the sun doesn't shine.. I've been unbroken 5x times and really enjoyed having fast movement and gunplay..now it's nuterated movement with no AE added in for good measure. Most matches now Let's camp waiting for a 3v1. No...it's not what I signed up for. Bungie wanted the causal players in every PvP playlist by shrinking the pools and adding the worse matchmaking system Destiny has ever had. Well done have at it..Bungie I'm done with the PvP side of Destiny 2 it is trash now. Why must you stack to enjoy PvP now it's so ridiculous I'm sure I'm not alone in this extremely frustrating situation.

1 ReplyI stopped playing comp all together after I had someone leave immediately upon finding out it was rift on Disjunction. It was game one of my promotion series. Then got crushed the next game and lost my series. Instead of working my way back to the promotional series, I just stopped.

Don't leave then. The only fix to this would be for Bungie to make leaving any pvp game impossible (which is impossible since you can always alt+f4 or disconnect the internet) Or make it so that the penalty becomes a seasonal ban for the entirety of the season after 2 warnings which also would not work since people will claim their internet "disconnected" There's really no good solution to this thing if you think about it. All I can say is : Don't leave. Well there is 1 good solution. Don't play with randoms. Find a LFG or friends and stick togheter. Relying on Destiny 2 randoms is like playing russian roulette with a fully loaded revolver. I just get my 3 comp games done for Rose and that's it. There's no reward for finishing max rank comp other than a friggin triumph. Who gives a F. And probably a seal. Again, don't leave or use friends. Stop whining.

Agree. I just dead the game for the half hour. Then bungle is also suspended from my playtime numbers for that time.

Game mode feels pretty dead. Decided to finally grind it out for the seal. Been sitting in orbit for 10 minutes now waiting for a 6th. I know that trials is active, but the queue for that was dead too which drove me to play comp for the first time since getting my placement.

Just do what i do, emote around and have fun. Or just pull out a gl and blow your self up every round. gets it over faster.

Agreed. We also shouldn’t lose points either, although only in freelance because this can be easily exploited in regular comp.

That's never gonna happen even if you ask for it because bungie has had that ever since they were doing halo pvp for halo reach and halo 3 just gonna have to get over it cod has the same thing it's not going away. It be just the same as being suspended from class for leaving early or leaving job early without giving a reason or notifying anyone. Basically giving up cause everyone can't accept to there defeats

1 ReplyCan’t control blue berry behavior unfortunately. They will already be suspended for it. When your in 1 v 3, just emote and throw yourself under the bus so to speak. It’s a free win for them, get them it over with and move on to the next one.

would only be viable in freelance I know the pain I went from gold three to adept three yesterday solo and half my games someone left and had to hard carry
