unfortunatly the only way to get another is just by random drops, or maybe doing the quest on another character, but im not sure about that

Ah ok, thanks for the answer! Turns out the frame was actually unlocked at the relic even though I used the first one from the quest for infusion and didn't get the progress popup, so it's all good xD
