Game bugged and gave me the wrong season
A pop up to buy season 17 showed up on my screen, I went to buy it and it gave me season 18 and it also says I don’t have season 18. I want/wanted season 17 and this was a waste of 10$ I’d like to know if I can get a refund or season 17 like I was supposed to get
Edit: it says in fine print when you hover over buy it purchases current pass, still kind of lame though.

3 RepliesHi there! The message you are seeing is because the seasonal story campaign has not been progressed enough to obtain Umbral Plunder Energy. Please continue the seasonal campaign to obtain this element. In regards to previous season passes, it is not possible to purchase previous season passes at this time. The only way to obtain previous season passes is to purchase the Deluxe Edition or Deluxe Upgrade Edition of The Witch Queen. The Upgrade Edition is for users who already own the Witch Queen DLC.
