Try Ishtar, or DestinyWiki. Good Portion of the Lore can be found in D2, but the Majority is in Grimmore or the Anthology.

I know this, it's awesome. But sometimes I'm in the app and since all lore is there anyways, I'd like it to be searchable 🙂
