And they won't. Its not a hunter exotic. Only hunters are allowed exotics without massive flaws, catches, and inconvenient downsides.

Hunter exotics are basically 1 a waste or 2 OP af for pvp. I think hunters only have 2-3 high end pve builds, were 2 are really good for pve, stasis (this one is a bit worse then the other) or infinite invis
