Did you delete the character that it was earned on?
This is still in the known issues sticky in #help

No, I've had the same three characters since I first started playing the game. None of them deleted or moved via cross play.

Well in that case it’s either a separate bug or, possibly, they’re mistaken on the cause. All that [u]I[/u] can do is offer a BUMP for visibility.

Thanks, I checked and the website even shows me as earning the title/seal.
