Enhanced Bait and Switch isnt working.
I just recently crafted a Cataclysmic Linear Fusion Rifle and put 2 Enhanced perks on it. Enhanced Fourth Times The Charm, and Enhanced Bait and Switch. Only to discover Enhanced Bait and Switch doesnt even work. Activating isnt the issue, I have a Bait and Switch(Not Enhanced) Deliverance Fusion and it works just fine but Enhaced doesnt even give me an Activation Timer or Damage difference. Rip my Mats lol. Is anyone else having this issue also? Is this a known issue?

Most enhanced perks aren’t worth the effort. Like crafting in general am I right?
