Where is The Title?
I'm nearing my gold torch...when am I supposed to get more drops of this gun? Honest question, because right now it doesn't seem like they exist. Haven't gotten anything beyond the initial drop from Eva.

You might want to save your medals and turn in items for guardian games right now. It’s confirmed with a tweet I believe that confirms drops are bugged right now, and not dropping for many players. Keep your medals and other turn in items until it’s fixed.
