Never happen but it would fix a lot of issues..
Skill gap would tighten, movement would slow down, a good player is still going to be good.
Sand box would be easier to balance, it would be nice to actually have the same sandbox experience across the entire game, I mean mnk specing into range and controller specing into stability is a different experience.
No longer have to listen to ppl moan about aim assist over bullet magnatism.
It would make world's 1st a fair event.
No more macros, sword skating, and 1 button izzy reload
Cheating on PC and connection issues would be your only worries.
Where does my remove mnk support thought come from?
I'm sick of people thinking and saying they're better because of an input device, let them prove it on a fair level playing field.
Nothing like watching your PC YouTubers put up guides on things, saying get this, this is the god roll, do this encounter this way, smh..
Meanwhile I'm all bent outta shape, because I have that same exact smg, and I can not shoot that add in the head from that far away ( even thou I'm standing in the same exact spot )because it is harder to control recoil on a controller and then you completely screw us and nerf that guns zoom because it shouldn't have that much range, so now the gun is even shitter on controller. FFs...

24 RepliesWould be a hard pass from me on this one boss. My input device differs from game to game, I like halo with a controller but now with non powered melees and powered melee options I much prefer playing PC. With a controller the game feels so much more cramped on my hands, and I feel like your suggestion would cause more community and frustration than it would fix your problems.

If you think MnK is better, play MnK. Dropping MnK would be a great way to lose a half million players or so. They could match make based on input, but they seem to be having a tough enough time with a connection based system. I cannot think of a single game on PC that does not support MnK.

3 RepliesBrooo, this has to be sarcasm, please be… Nerf MnK on PC? Bruh, 🤣

and they nerfed smg thanks to controller and pvp , nothing to do with with pve

Destiny 1 seemed to not have a lot of these problems we’re having now.

9 RepliesI was going to ask you if you realize how stupid your whole take is, but then I realized that it would be a waste of time, you are clearly oblivious, what other reason could there be for this post? Let me give you a reality check sweetheart. The reason nobody ever picked you at the school playground, neighborhood basketball game or anything is not because the ones that got picked had better sneakers or fancier uniforms, it was because you suck point blank. Now is the same in d2, m&k is not the problem, is because you still suck. What's going to be your next set of excuses? And where? A video game? Real life scenario? Board game?

1 ReplyGet a team. If you're so hot on controller, run Last Word. Or Crimson. Get better. An even better idea: if M&K gives you such an advantage, why get a pair and learn?

7 RepliesI play controller on both platforms and do ok on both. The issue I have with ox is that the characters move and aim outside the brackets of what I deem to be possible on a controller. Yes we have aim assist but the precision and speed of a mouse does not compare. I find my shot has to be so much more accurate and my movement needs to be so much more thought out as m and k can punish you so easily and escape much faster. I hope they spilt pc to m and k and controller.

To your point. As a general rule stability is king on controller.
-
4 RepliesM&k support or lack of support (depending on your platform) doesn’t matter, players will use “adaptors”.
-
4 RepliesOr instead of complaining try getting the same gun but with perks that benefit more towards controller than M&K. I have the same problem when I play on my Xbox than playing on my pc. But a friend and myself rely on our perspective when it comes to certain perks on weapons. We choose the perks ourselves than let a YouTuber choose.
