I can't send messages too fast or even a little in the game
After 4.0.0.3, I couldn't send messages too fast. I was annoyed that he was eating my messages

Can't even hold a conversation in chat any longer. Always complains that I'm "typing too fast" and then the message I wanted to send gets deleted so have to re-write everything again -_- I'm so done. Can't even write symbols for raid in chat without it complaining and covering up a bunch of the important space with "You're typing too fast!" pls bungie it was so much better before

I will often load into an activity and try to send a message to my fireteam and get that error message when it's literally the first message I've tried to type... how can I be sending message "too fast" if I haven't sent one yet to begin with bungie???
