I'm sure this has been posted before already, but today I logged in and was surprised to see the popups telling me to buy The ""Witch Queen Deluxe Bundle" and/or "30th Anniversary Pack."
Especially seeing as I have the 30th Anniversary Seal (Vidmaster) already done, plus when checking my game's installed add-ons, I still have WQDE (Witch Queen Deluxe Edition) installed and the pre-order bonuses (Ghost, Emblem, etc), by all known logic I should still own the 30th Anniversary content, right?
Apparently not, I've restarted my Xbox twice and dare not make attempts to buy it again as to just waste money, and again, I've seen other people post it, I'm just going more in depth so I don't get the same copy-paste response of "did you do (insert thing)?"
This post is more-so to spread awareness and maybe get it to the front of the line for things to be fixed.
Edit: Unistalled D2+DLC, restarted console, reinstalled all, it showed I owned none of the DLCs until I got to the Queue screen

Go to microsoft.com and log into your account. Then go into purchase history and find your pre-order purchase. Check the status of that order, if it shows anything other than Completed then Microsoft has declined your order. If this is the case you will need to contact Microsoft for further assistance.
