Can’t unlink Steam account
Ok so my kids (10 and 11) created a steam account and linked it to my bungie account instead of theirs. They do not remember the email, username, password…you know the important stuff. How do I go about unlinking that steam account if I am unable to deactivate cross save? I would really like to get their accounts set up properly before Witch Queen. I have contacted Steam about this but they tell me I need to contact Bungie so I’m kind of at a loss on what to do.

2 RepliesHey, Unfortunately Bungie cannot do much in this case, the only way to unlink accounts is by authenticating them which to do so you need valid credentials. Bungie are unable to unlink an account on your behalf for security reasons, so you will need to try and reach out to [url=https://help.steampowered.com/en/]Steam Support[/url] once more in an effort to recover the details used for authenticating the account (username + password).
