Unfortunately that emblem is no longer being awarded. If it is not showing on your account, there is nothing that can be done at this time.

Hi TuxyDoh! Thank you so much for your reply! I understand that the emblems are not being rewarded anymore but what my post was trying to state is that I was awarded 2 legacy emblems when I started cross play on my old D1 PSN account (last month). As I showed in my post I had the year 2 triumphs so when I started the new crossplay character I should have: both Laurel Triumphant and Laurea Prima 2 which you can see are both currently in my collections. AND I should have also had the Slayer of Oryx emblem. So it's not a matter of being awarded the emblem its a matter of it being missing from my account despite earning it. Do you know of any way I could maybe start a ticket with Bungie to take a look into my case? Thanks again! <3

By awarded, I am referring to it being given to accounts. At this time, if it is not on your account, it wont be added. Bungie stopped troubleshooting and placing those on accounts a couple years ago.
