Problems with current Amazon Prime rewards

My rewards appear as claimed from Amazon Prime, but Amanda has nothing for me, I have the accounts linked correctly. I've received previous rewards with no problem. Is there something I could do?

  • I have the same problem. Could not redeem the last 2 rewards. Did Bungie acknowledge this problem somewhere?

  • Same for me. Prime rewards are claimed on prime gaming website but have not appeared in game at Amanda holiday

  • Adding my name to the list. I have also had a perpetual notification that Amanda has something for me in game since claiming on the prime gaming site, but when I go to her there are no rewards to pick up- prime gaming or otherwise. Just the green and blue ships and sparrows she sells.

      I am also seeing this issue where Prime Gaming says I claimed The Queenbreaker Exotic Bundle Drop but when I go to my Partner Rewards page, it looks like the lost bundle that was claimed was Prime Gaming Offer 23 back in early November, and Amanda doesn't have the items available. I have linked my accounts and have received a number of rewards this same way before.

    • Bungie's aware of this. I too unlinked, and re-linked several times to no avail. They'll probably have a fix next patch

    • safe to say you're not alone, it did have a prompt saying "If you linked your Bungie.net and Amazon accounts prior to October 2021 and do not see your content in-game, please relink your game accounts to resolve the issue." i relinked mine and the problem i see is, it is already claimed... and there's no way to make it reclaim and appear at Amanda

      • Adding my name to this thread. I didnt get the previous month either. Unlinked and linked again and again. Claimed this month's rewards as well and amanda has nothing for me. I dont want to participate in any prime loot/twitch gift sub bounties anymore since I feel like my rewards will just go to the void.
