I purchased the the Beyond light Deluxe addition but I am unable to access it on my PlayStation 5 or 4. This maybe due to the fact I purchased the normal addition 1st by mistake and then got the Deluxe right after and requested credit for the normal but not Deluxe. I had not access it yet ether but, when I got on to play I did find Exotic Sparrow, & Exotic Freeze Tag Emote. But I did not get Exotic Weapon, Catalyst, or Exotic Ornament for No Time to Explain. When I look under timeline is show red X for Beyond light but show owned under expansions and then I get Requires Destiny 2: Beyond Light when it try to access content. I contact Sony ran thru there tests and check but they found nothing wrong and told me to put in request here. When I try to see about downloading the add on it show no option for this as well. I have removed and download it again but no change.
Here a video link to back up that it not working https://youtu.be/IIyYoB-BPr8
PS: The only reason I even was able to get the story mission there was because I went to the kiosk from my steam account were I bought the legendary addition so I can play it there until this get sorted on the PlayStation.

3 RepliesJust to clarify: You purchased the standard edition of Beyond Light, realized you wanted the Deluxe, so you purchased it, and then requested a refund for the original purchase of the standard edition? Could you please check your purchase receipts, and verify if you indeed purchased the full price Beyond Light Deluxe Edition, or if you purchased the Beyond Light Deluxe Edition Upgrade. If your account already owned the standard edition, then you should have been able to purchase just the upgrade, rather than buying the full Deluxe bundle. These details will make a difference in how you will need to proceed. When you purchased the standard edition of Beyond Light, it would have granted a license for that expansion to your account. Purchasing the Upgrade to the Deluxe, would have granted you access to the four season passes, and the other goodies included in the Deluxe. However, even if you were charged the full price for the Deluxe bundle, it would not have granted a second license for the Beyond Light expansion. So… When you requested a refund for your purchase of the standard edition, that removed your license for the Beyond Light content. If you were only charged for the Upgrade version of the Deluxe; there was no need to request a refund of the standard edition, as you had purchased exactly what you wanted, just in two steps. Refunding the standard edition correctly removed your license to access the Beyond Light content. You would need to repurchase the standard edition, to gain access to the expansion content license. If you were charged the full price for the Deluxe; double purchasing does not grant two licenses. When you requested the refund for the standard edition, it removed the one license for the Beyond Light expansion, that your account had been given. You would need to work with Sony support, to explain that the double purchase and refund, removed your license for Beyond Light. Only Sony can reissue the license, if you were in fact charged for the full bundle, and the expansion license was revoked due to refunding the standard edition. Again, you will need to use the information provided in your purchase receipts, to verify exactly what was purchased, and go forward with that specific information.
