So, i will preface this by saying i am aware the companion app is unable to delete items according to bungie, however i have been faced with a unique problem due to the IOS App. the app failed to refresh, and when i tried to retrieve my hawkmoon it gave me the option to "equip" rather than "transfer to my character", but i did not have any space in my primary slot. As a result, the Hawkmoon has disappeared completely. It is not in my vault, nor any alt characters, nor is it in the postmaster. I have tried to contact Bungie, as this would be something that would be a huge problem if its an ongoing issue. (i have proof via screenshot, since you can now receive a list of all transactions done on the app, and as a result i have proof it was not deleted) Its been 3 days since the gun went missing. some others who had this problem, had their guns back a few days later and mentioned it may have been lost between servers. Unfortunately, i havent been lucky enough. please advise. IS there a way to contact bungie directly on this matter?
